So what is EmuDeck? EmuDeck is a tool (more precisely, a script) that you can download/install which greatly simplifies the installation of 160 emulators and supporting utilities to your Steam Deck. If you want to be able to run retro games from various systems on your Steam Deck, EmuDeck will make the process much easier! You do not need to change literally anything at all.Video: Steam Deck EmuDeck v2.1 Setup Guide Though what is the easiest is to use the Pokopom Xinput plugin because it needs literally zero configuration at all, it just plain works. Oh, and you DO still have to launch it from within steam like Vepar implies but that, I am sure you already know. If you end up having any other problems, just let me know. I use my SC for all emulation from Wii to Commodore64, from Sinclair ZX Spectrum to Light Gun arcade games so if anyone can help get it working in any specific emulator, it would be me. There are, of course, a few emulators that are either tricky or impossible to get it to work properly with but those are few and far between. To set up PCSX2 keyboard controls, first launch the PCSX2 and click on the Configuration tab. On the Configuration window, select Controller and click on Plugin Settings. A new window will pop up where you can set up your keyboard’s controls. Select your keyboard from the list of devices recognized by PCSX2 and change. Set it to that plugin with the wizard when you first start the emulator or do it manually in the settings. The only other thing you need to do is make sure you are using a gamepad based config for the SC.

I would recommend setting it to the basic gamepad template and you can just tweak a little from there as you desire. I like making the grip buttons be the same as R1 and L1 but making them Triangle and circle is also good since those are the closest to the right pad for ease of use. Have fun and happy gaming! Can I take you up on that offer for help? Even with the xinput plugin I am having now luck.

Have fun and happy gaming! Have you gotten it to work with ps2 emulators because whenever i press start the computer reads it as escape and closes the game, i tried changing base configurations of the steam controller but it didnt work.
